Pahoua is a fourth-year university student at the University of Laos, majoring in Community Development in the Faculty of Social Sciences. Originally from Oudomxay Province, she has been living and studying in Vientiane for the past six years as she prepares to graduate.

Her goals include growing into a strong leader for herself and others, improving her English speaking and writing skills, strengthening her computer skills, and continuing to develop her knowledge and capabilities. Pahoua is motivated to find meaningful work with a company or organization so she can support herself and build a stable future. As a mentee, she is committed to personal growth, leadership development, and preparing herself for opportunities ahead.
