Pacha Chang (Pajnra) is a 23-year-old Rising Leader originally from Bokeo Province and currently living in Vientiane. She is a trained nurse who completed her nursing studies in China and is now working at Hongfu Clinic, where she is gaining hands-on experience in healthcare.

Her goals include earning income to support herself, improving her English and Chinese speaking skills, and growing into a confident leader for other young women. Pacha aspires to continue her path as a nurse and also hopes to work as a translator in a hospital setting. Through Seeds4Hope, she is committed to strengthening her communication skills, leadership capacity, and language abilities so she can better serve her community and support others.
