Na is a 20-year-old Rising Leader and a senior International Relations student at the National University of Laos. Originally from Luang Prabang, she has been living in Vientiane for nearly four years to pursue her education.

Her goals include strengthening her leadership abilities and building confidence in her speaking and computer skills so she can be more competitive in the labor market after graduation. In the long term, Na hopes to secure a well-paying job that will allow her to support her parents and help her family on the farm. Through Seeds4Hope, she is committed to personal growth, skill development, and preparing herself for a meaningful and stable future.
