Maimoua is a 25-year-old Rising Leader originally from Xiengkhuang Province and currently living in Bolikhamsai Province, Laos. As the eldest of eleven children, she grew up carrying significant responsibility—helping care for her younger siblings and supporting her parents, which shaped her into a dependable, resilient, and compassionate woman.
She is a university graduate and completed a one-year internship in Japan in 2023 before returning to Laos. Today, Maimoua is exploring job opportunities while running a small self-business. She strongly believes that education is a pathway out of poverty and has carried this belief with discipline and determination throughout her life.
Her current goals focus on self-care, health, and confidence, through exercise, personal style, and improving her English-speaking skills so she can pursue opportunities abroad. Looking ahead, she dreams of becoming a businesswoman who creates meaningful social impact by supporting the elderly, people with disabilities, and children in Laos, including the long-term vision of establishing a retirement home service.
Through Seeds4Hope, Maimoua is on a journey of deep self-discovery, seeking clarity, purpose, and alignment with her core values. She is passionate about personal growth, leadership, and emotional well-being, especially for Hmong women who often face unseen challenges due to early marriage and family pressures. With interests in singing and traveling, she is committed to learning, healing, and growing into a woman who can uplift both herself and others
