Ly is a 20-year-old Rising Leader and a third-year English Language student at Ha Noi Pedagogical University 2. She comes from a rural farming family in Vietnam and is the second child in her household. Growing up with limited access to educational resources, Ly developed a strong appreciation for learning and became one of the few young people in her village to pursue higher education.

Her goals include maintaining a GPA above 3.2, strengthening her soft skills, especially communication, leadership, problem-solving, networking, and foreign languages, and gaining more volunteering and real-world experience. Ly is also focused on earning her own income to support her tuition and living expenses, while continuing to grow personally and professionally.

Through Seeds4Hope, Ly seeks inspiration, connection, and a supportive space to learn from others’ stories and spread positive energy. Though naturally introverted, she becomes confident and proactive when engaged in meaningful work. She is deeply motivated to give back to her family and, in the long term, contribute to the growth, education, and well-being of the Hmoob community. With interests in travel, sports, hiking, chess, music, films, and working with children, Ly is committed to continuous learning and creating a positive impact for future generations.
