Lia is a 23-year-old Rising Leader currently living in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Province, Japan. She is a third-year student at Senshu University and is deeply committed to her academic and personal growth.

Her goals include studying diligently to pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at the N2 level, securing a stable and meaningful job, and actively participating in Seeds4Hope workshops to continue building her skills. Lia enjoys learning new things and works during her free time to support her studies while gaining practical experience.

Through Seeds4Hope, Lia aspires to become a leader not only for her own success but also to help open doors for others. She is passionate about empowering Hmong girls, supporting their education, and promoting gender equality. With interests in music, walking, and travel, Lia is motivated to grow in communication, leadership, and English skills so she can uplift herself and others along the way.
