Kab Npauj is a 17-year-old Rising Leader from Nong Bua Daeng Village in Houn District, Oudomxay Province. She is currently a M5 student at M.X Meuang Houn and brings a caring, helpful spirit into everything she does.
Her goals include receiving guidance from an older sister or mentor and earning a scholarship this year so she can have a laptop to support her studies in mathematics and English. Kab Npauj enjoys helping with household and garden work, listening to stories, cooking, arranging flowers, and supporting others around her.
Through Seeds4Hope, she hopes to learn new skills, build sisterhood connections beyond her community, and better understand herself. She is eager to grow in areas such as cooking, flower arranging, sewing, math, self-care, and personal well-being, and is motivated to continue learning and developing into her best self.
Three years ago, Kabnpauj joined Seeds4Hope at the encouragement of her older sister. She came in quietly, unsure of what the program was about and uncertain of what she wanted for herself. As one of the youngest participants, Kabnpauj was reserved and still finding her place.
Today, her growth is unmistakable. Kabnpauj now speaks with confidence and clarity about who she is, what she wants, and where she is headed. She shows up in her authentic voice, believing in herself and her ability to shape her own future. Her journey is a powerful reminder that when young women are given time, support, and space to grow, confidence follows—and so does leadership.
