Dejntxhee “Se” is a 25-year-old Rising Leader based in Vientiane Capital. She currently works as a Project Assistant at the Sisterhood for Development Association (SDA), where she has been supporting social development work for nearly two years. Originally from Vangvieng, Se brings a strong sense of responsibility, curiosity, and commitment to growth into everything she does.

Her goals include earning income to prepare for the IELTS exam and pursuing a master’s degree within the next one to two years, as well as strengthening her facilitation, management, public speaking, and English communication skills. A recent short-term study experience in New Zealand deepened her passion for sustainable development and reinforced her desire to continue her studies abroad.

Se has been part of Seeds4Hope since 2021 and values the program for its emphasis on sisterhood, connection, and leadership development among young Hmong women. Through the program, she has grown in confidence, communication, and relationship-building, and is motivated to continue learning, exchanging experiences across networks, and stepping fully into her leadership potential.
