Chitva is a 19-year-old Rising Leader from Nambak District who is currently living and studying in Luang Prabang. She is a third-year student at Souphanouvong University and is deeply committed to working hard in her studies to build a better future for herself and her family.

Coming from a family of nine, Chitva is motivated by a strong desire to support her parents and give back to her community. Her goals over the next three years include becoming a more confident and capable leader, strengthening her communication and computer skills, improving her problem-solving abilities, and gaining experience leading small groups and planning simple projects.

Through Seeds4Hope, Chitva hopes to grow into a leader who can work well with people from different backgrounds and inspire others in positive ways. In the long term, she aims to complete her education, secure a meaningful job, and use her skills to support both her family and her community. She enjoys reading, playing badminton, listening to music, and growing vegetables, and is eager to continue learning and developing her leadership potential.
