Mai Choo is a Lead Counselor Bilingual (Adult Targeted Case Management) at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation with 7+ years of experience supporting individuals through mental health and social services. As a first-generation Hmong American woman and single mother, she brings compassion, cultural understanding, and lived experience to her work.

She is also the founder of Empowered Me LLC, launched in early 2025, offering holistic services such as intuitive life coaching, intuitive readings, storytelling, and Reiki healing. Mai Choo’s mission is to create safe, empowering spaces that help individuals and communities heal, grow, and move forward with awareness of mind, body, and spirit.
