Executive Officer
Dong grew up in a small town in Wisconsin, where her parents instilled in her the values of hard work, resilience, and community. Her family immigrated to the United States in search of greater opportunity, and she is deeply grateful to be living the American dream they worked tirelessly to build.
After graduating from high school, Dong joined the U.S. military, where she has proudly served for 21 years, including 14 years on active duty. She currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserve and remains committed to making a meaningful impact both through her service and within her community.
Although she has lived in various cities far from large Hmong communities, Dong stays connected to her cultural roots through Hmong New Year celebrations, food, and social media. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, outdoor activities, and creating balloon art. Her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her husband and two sons.
