Program Assistant - Laos
Xeela is a Program Assistant at Seeds4Hope and a powerful example of what is possible when young women are given space, support, and belief. She first joined Seeds4Hope as a Rising Leader, and the following year stepped into the role of Ambassador—driven by a deep hunger for knowledge and a daily commitment to becoming a stronger leader.
Through her growth journey, Xeela emerged as a trusted leader within the program. She went on to serve as Ambassador Lead and now supports the organization as a Program Assistant, acting as a key liaison between the core team and the Rising Leaders. She is someone the team can rely on—consistent, dependable, and always willing to step in to get things done.
Xeela has helped lead workshops to support Rising Leaders and played a critical role in planning and executing Seeds4Hope’s first Leadership Empowerment Conference in Laos. Today, she is part of the core planning team, focused on strengthening the program and advocating for young women across Laos.
Beyond her leadership work, Xeela is a skilled Hmong embroidery artist and dreams of starting her own business and opening her own shop one day. We are incredibly proud of Xeela and the leader she continues to become—rooted in purpose, service, and vision for the future.
