Dr. Nancy Yang is an entrepreneur and forward-thinking innovator dedicated to empowering the current and next generation. With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, she is also the founder and owner of her own accounting firm, bringing strategic insight and practical expertise to both business and community initiatives.

She earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, where her work focuses on applying research and data-driven evidence to real-world challenges in education and the workforce. Her efforts center on improving leadership, teaching and learning, curriculum development, equity, and organizational effectiveness to strengthen communities and workforce outcomes.

A lifelong learner, she is passionate about empowering individuals within her sphere of influence to become active, self-directed learners. She is deeply committed to community improvement and advocates for increased educational and workforce resources for the Asian community where she lives. In addition, she is a dedicated mental health advocate who helps organize annual conferences to raise awareness about the importance of well-being and to educate mental health professionals on cultural understanding within the Asian community.
