Mindy is a Hmong American Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. She is passionate about social justice and serving her clients, family, and community at large. She found love and sisterhood with Hmong American women like her who share the same passion of shaping the lives of the next generation through leadership development, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. And thus, co-founded Seeds4Hope with nine beautiful souls, Neng, Julie, Annie, Elizabeth, Xee, Marcey, Xia, and Xue. Her hope is that through Seeds4Hope, each program participant will find their inner strength and resilience to achieve their goals and dreams.
Mindy currently investigates sexual, physical, and emotional abuse within the US Olympic and Paralympic Movement. With over ten years of experience working with families and professionals in the field of Child Welfare, Mindy serves as an expert on issues related to child safety. She provides training and independent child protection case consultations to a diverse array of professionals within her private practice.
It is with hope that Mindy will transition her expertise to educate Hmong American families across the country on child physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, as well as child neglect to ensure the permanency and well-being of families.
