Marcey, an esteemed co-founder and Board Director of Seeds4Hope. With fifteen years of experience as an elementary teacher, Marcey is dedicated to helping others discover their strengths and fullest potential while embracing their identity. As a driving force behind the Vivncaus Mentoring Program, she has expanded its reach over four years, fostering sisterhood, leadership skills, and self-discovery among mentees.
In addition to her impactful work, Marcey is a devoted wife and a loving mom to three wonderful children. Within Seeds4Hope, she wears multiple hats, contributing as a mentor, workshop facilitator, mentor coordinator, and currently overseeing the scholarship committee and ambassador coordination. Her passion lies in creating a space for young Hmong girls to strengthen sisterhood bonds, develop leadership skills, enhance English proficiency, and access resources for higher education.
Marcey's vision extends globally, aiming to open doors for young Hmong girls in Southeast Asia to pursue their goals and dreams. She is resolute in empowering these girls to dream beyond their circumstances and become their own advocates.
Through Seeds4Hope, Marcey aspires to inspire confidence in young Hmong girls, fostering transformative leaders who contribute to positive global change. Her collaboration with mentors and mentees fuels her dedication to the impactful work needed to build a better future for all.
