Co-Founder & Board Member
Dr. Xee Xiong is a seasoned instructional designer and curriculum developer with a wealth of experience and background in leadership training and Human Resources. She earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Marian University, where she studied leadership development and organizational change, and investigated intergenerational leadership dynamics within the Hmong community.
Dr. Xee works at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, where she consults, designs, and delivers engaging and effective leadership solutions, training, and curriculum for over 4,000 employees. Currently, Dr. Xee lives in Wisconsin with her husband and children, and enjoys a variety of hobbies, such as line dancing, sewing, baking, and camping.
With her deep sense of social responsibility and volunteerism, Dr. Xee helped co-found Seeds4Hope to inspire young leaders around the world to pursue their dreams and make a positive impact in their community. Her role as a mentor, Conference Coordinator, and Board Member shows her passion for helping our future generation of leaders develop their academic, professional, career, and interpersonal skills. Dr. Xee believes that leadership is not a position, but a mindset, and that everyone can be a leader in their own way.
